Eggs 4

Sugar 700 gr

Butter 100 gr

Seed oil 250 ml (sunflower)

Milk 250 ml

Flour 2 kg

Baking Soda 20 gr

Cream of Tartar 40 gr

Whisk eggs and sugar with an electric mixer.  Once you get a spongy mixture add the melted butter and the oil and milk.  Sift together flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar.  Add them gradually to the rest of the ingredients to obtain a soft and consistent mixture.  Then divide the mixture in portions, make them like golf balls, and then flatten them between your palms a bit.  Finally dip them in granulated sugar, bake at 160 C or 350 F for 25 minutes.
